I worked with a Boxxe client to produce solutions to help manage a SharePoint Online service. This work involved
- Building an AI solution to categorise 750,000 images and documents with a 98% success rate helping to save the time of manual processing
- Building PowerShell scripts to tidy up document libraries
- Implement a development environment so development and testing could be done in isolation using the Microsoft Developer Programme
- Handover documentation, end-user support, service transition
- Providing guidance and support on how to improve the service moving forward
